Molly O’Connor

Living in a century-old, three-generation, farmhouse in rural Ontario, Molly hovers over her laptop downing coffee after coffee while she goes on a journey with her characters. Primarily known as a writer of short stories, When Secrets Become Lies was her first novel, published in 2015. Previously, she published a collection of short stories, Fourteen Cups; a creative memoir, Wandering Backward; and a children’s book, Snow Business. Her stories appear in five Chicken Soup for the Soul anthologies, three OIW anthologies, NYMB, magazines and newspapers. She gives writing seminars, is often a guest speaker and sings in two choirs. In her spare time, she can be found hiking the bywaysin Ontario and the ranges in Arizona with her camera strung around her neck, all the while thinking where her protagonist is heading next.
